RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Nyrah, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your jewelry, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges policy. Please read the details below: 

Return Eligibility 

Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, but we offer free pick-ups within the UAE.

The item must be unworn, in its original condition, and in the original packaging, including any tags, pouches, or boxes.

Items bought using sales or promotional periods are not eligible for returns.

Items bought from outside the UAE are not eligible for returns. For more information on this, please contact us. 

All customized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.  

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1) Contact Us: Email our customer service team at customer@nyrah.co with your order number and reason for return/exchange. Alternatively, you can call/WhatsApp us on +971524957712

2) Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.

3) Prepare Your Package: Securely package the item and include all original materials.

4) Ship Your Return: Send the returned item to the address provided in the return authorization email.  

Refund Process  

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take up 14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your return does not meet our policy criteria, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the same return process outlined above. After we receive your returned item, you may place a new order for the desired piece.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.
